We are located at J1 Beach in Jumeirah 1, next to Valet 5.

Valet service is available at Valet 5.

Our guests enjoy three hours of free valet parking, provided they validate their ticket at our reception and spend a minimum of AED 250 with us. After the first three hours, the fee is 30 AED per hour.

We are located at J1 Beach with seaside views of the Arabian Gulf from our rooftop dining area. While the restaurant has outdoor seating on our beautiful open-air terraces, we are not directly located on the beach.

With outdoor seaside dining at our location in J1 Beach, we promise our guests the perfect spot to sit back and relax while savouring authentic cuisine as well as fresh fish and seafood. We are not a beach club with a pool, but we pride ourselves on providing a delightful culinary experience by the sea.

Almayass by the Sea offers Lebanese-Armenian cuisine with coastal flair. We celebrate our age-old family recipes while honoring our seaside locale with seafood and fresh fish.

Absolutely. Our menu is full of delicious choices that cater to everyone’s tastes and dietary preferences, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options.

We highly recommend making a reservation to secure your table. However, we will do our best to accommodate walk-ins depending on availability.
